Brought clip in extension that unfortunately did not match the texture of my hair upon arrive. I contacted the company for a return via email. The company stated that they are not excepting return due to COVID-19 but no where on their website does it state that they are not accepting returns.
I don't know how old this complaint is, but I am wonder if you still have the clip in, if so which texture and length are they, and are you willing to sell them. I don't know if you will ever see that reply, but if you are willing to sell the clip ins, please email me at [email protected].
