the problem here is not with the cari have an extended service agreement to protect my car from mechanical issuesthe problem here is that they listed the delership falsified information, when they stated the title was clean and clearat the price im paying I should not be driving a car with a salvage titlei see in the response they gave that they are willing to assist me with the fact that the title is salvagedmy only question to that is, what can they do really? theres no changing the status of the title and we all know that!

Costumer left a non refundable deposit on the suv, she signed the paper work and she was also given a copy of the deposit paper work....

Costumer is stating that she was not able to obtain financing and insurance for the suv, tried to offer them financing through our bank ant tried offering them a different suv that will fit a criteria for their financial institution. Costumer stated that they want a refund, once the deposit paper work is signed and it states that the deposit is non refundable, there is nothing we can do.

I do not accept the response from the business. I do admit that I did in fact sign a paper for the deposit that did state that the $500 deposit was non refundable. Yes KNB did tell me about another institution that I could have gone through to get financed. Problem was...I already had a loan through my credit union. They did also tell me that another vehicle would be available later that week if I was interested. None of this would have been an issue today if they didnt withhold important information from me about the vehicle. I found out later, on my own that the vehicle had a rebuilt title and was told by my insurance company that it was next to impossible to get full coverage insurance on a vehicle with a rebuilt title. My credit union told me that they would not finance it with a rebuilt title. If I was told by KNB that the vehicle had a rebuilt title I would have never put money down at all. All of this being said I contacted KNB and asked for my deposit back thinking because of the situation and with held information that it was only fair. I to this day still think that it is fair that I receive the deposit back.

Majority of our cars have rebuilt tiles, that is the only reason why they are priced lower then other similar vehicles on the market, and the buyer was notified of that majority of the well known insurance companies will insure a vehicle with rebuilt tile.
