Hi this is Vasko with KNE Motors IncBefore the customer took delivery of the vehicle he asked to fix some issues with the vehicleI fixed everything he asked for and he picked the vehicle up a few days laterAfter a month had past he drop the vehicle off to my shop saying that he took it
to local *** saying it needed a fuel pump..The mechanic diagnosed the vehicle concluding that nothing was wrong with itI then waited for him to pick it up which he nevertheless showed..I then took the liberty of dropping off his vehicle at his residence so he wouldn’t have to pay to get it from the impoundThat was the last communication or interaction I had with the customer..If u have any questions feel free to contact me ###-###-#### thank u for your time

I have read the note you forwarded from an unknown guy. To start with this writer is a celebrated lier. I didn't purchase the car from his address. Please review the documents I sent to your office. Also I didn't take the car to my mechanic. The man who sold the car to me went home immediately and I haven't got a hold of him since he returned. He has deliberately refused to answer my calls to resolve this issue amicably. This seller must be aware that it's unlawful in Ohio to sell an accident car without disclosure to the buyer. This car was painted and it's easy to detect the different paint rather than the original paint. I only requested to fix the car or refund my money but I believe this seller doesn't want to compromise. Therefore I must not relent to purse this matter legally. Please let me know how best your office can help me in this matter. Thanks.

To whom it concern:Responding to the complaint the customer ID # [redacted]. Purchased a 2004 Nissan Armada acouple months ago at low retail price 100% as is. This vehicle has a clean title and he drove thevehichle before purchasing it and the customer made me an offer of $8,000 out the door....

Thevehichle never had a major oil leak like he decribe it and the bumpers were never barleyhanging on. The customer drove the vehicle for a couple of months before he made thiscomplaint.
