Review: [redacted] of Kneaded Bodyworks in New York City (not operational since January 2013), sold me a package of 10 massage sessions for $1,400 on June *, 2012. After one session, he stopped showing up for appointments. After spending many months trying to reach him to reschedule, I asked for a refund. Eventually he did respond in March 2013, saying he would personally send me a refund. It never came. I pursued a Consumer Fraud Claim, but after several unsuccessful attempts to reach [redacted] they dropped the case. I attempted to pursue a suit in Small Claims Court but haven't been able to notify [redacted] via U.S. mail. I was recently able to reach his wife, [redacted], who is the [redacted] of CSI Greenwich Neurosurgery; she refused to give me his contact info and said repeatedly she has nothing to do with his business. In addition, she denied having corresponded with me via email on behalf of [redacted] during the period when he was not showing up for appointments. I believe [redacted] fabricated several elaborate excuses and has likely stolen money from multiple clients. I have documented all of our correspondence and can provide anything you require upon request.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the remaining, unused portion of the package purchased, in the amount of $1,260.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Kneaded Bodyworks Wellness Center regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted] has emailed me, claiming to be out of state receiving treatment for a health condition, and the business has not been operational for a year now. He has promised many, many times to send my refund but never has.
I have recently been able to reach his wife [redacted] at her place of work, CSI Greenwich Neurosurgery, at [redacted]. She said she was in contact with him and would relay my message, but still no refund.
