I ordered two pairs of shorts that totaled $60. They did not fit when I received them, so I sent them back in order to exchange for the correct size. Keep in mind, this company does not have a phone number...for whatever reason. I honestly feel they should, only because it takes them forever to reply to an email. It took way too long to get a hold of them in order to ask if they had received my order back. When I finally did, I expressed my dissatisfaction greatly...they apologized. They said I would receive my exchange in time, since they had a high volume of orders to attend to.

Time passed and, luckily (after reading reviews other customers posted), I received my exchange. With it, I got a note from the business apologizing again, along with a free ring set and a necklace. That was very sweet on their part, so I’m not mad. However, it is the only reason I’m giving them two stars.

Their shorts, the ones they exchanged back to me, were absolutely horrendous. Both of them were a size “27”, but one of them was literally bigger than the other. As for the customization of the shorts (because they are vintage), they both looked like they were cut by a lawnmower or something. Jesus. I know they’re cut off shorts but st...the whole asymmetrical way these were cut was not cute or flattering AT ALL. Not to mention, the hems were barely frayed. Man...I got this—in a span of a month and a half (receiving my order first, sending it back, then receiving it again), by the way—for $60.

The point: don’t shop here. I mean, yeah, they seem like good people and all, what, with the note and gift, but it’s not worth it. Not at the prices they post these items up for. Don’t do it.

I recently found this company at a art walk event in downtown Phoenix. They had great clothes and super good prices. I decided to make another order online and loved it even more! They give out discounts from their social media sites a lot so it made it even that more enjoyable. Highly recommend buying from here! Love love love it!

Hello There. We have just went ahead and issued that refund. We do not have the return package but seeing as this was quite a long time ago, we have no problem issuing that for her. I have attached the photo below.
