Complaint# *** Reponse: The patient alerted the business office manager of the issue on 8/10/17. The billing statement did not show the additional $as a payment but it did show the additional monies were in fact being deducted from the balanceThe patient said she
would like to see her bill reflect the total payment as well, so we adjusted her billing statement to show the accurate payment and deduction going forward. If the subsequent billing statement still did not reflect the accurate payments, the patient did not alert us as to such.
