Three years ago, I ordered an H&K MK 23 from them and they cashed the check right away but never delivered the pistol. They dodged every followup message and phone call, saying that they had not yet received the pistol from H&K. I never received my order and they stole my money.

Paid in full and ordered a TP5K in April 2020 with promised 6 weeks delivery. Cancelled order in August 2021 as they could not deliver. It is Feb 2022 and still no refund depsite numerous unanswered communications. Buyer beware, this company has no business ethics at all."

Zero Stars – I feel as I have been a victim of fraud and deception. I ordered a rail mounted LMT 37mm Flare Launcher in May of 2020, wrote them a check for $1,863. I mailed the check and it was cashed as soon as they received it. Months went by with little to no communication from Knesek about my order.

It was not until a few months later in August when Andrew Meeks, a rep at Knesek, informed me that LMT no longer makes that model launcher, but Knesek would see if LMT could make a special order. Nothing ever came from the special-order request, assuming LMT declined to make the one-off order. No one at Knesek reached out to let me know that the special order was not going to work, and in fact they never responded to my inquiries about LMT’s response.

I have tried the BBB to help resolve this peacefully and professionally, however Knesek ignored all their calls. I went to the Consumer Protection Division to file a formal complaint and Larry Knesek replied to the Arkansas Attorney General Investigator that he was not sure how to respond because he has reached out to several attorneys in my state to sue me. This must not have worked out for him as I was never contacted by an attorney. What kind of CEO sues a customer who paid in full and then the company does not provide the item?

I have been trying to get my refund for over 9 months and Knesek will not respond with how to move forward. In fact, the few responses I have received from Knesek have been for legal actions against me! It is now June of 2021 (13 months after the order) and I have yet to receive my refund or an action plan of how Knesek plans to refund the money. When I call in, I have to leave a VM, not one has been returned. And if by chance I get through to someone rather than voicemail, they take my name and number and says someone will call back - they never do. I have left emails to their support staff and the Owner, Larry Knesek. The few responses I do get never address the refund amount and instead threaten with legal charges. Do not buy anything here, they simply will not return my money for a mistake they made.

If you do decide to do business here, GO FACE TO FACE AND USE A CREDIT CARD so you can get your money back when they don’t deliver. And whatever you do, avoid Larry Knesek, Andrew Meeks, Gretchen Davis, and Lacey.

Don't waste your time and money with these people they do not have the inventory they claim to have they will bait and switch false advertising on their website they'll tell you one thing charge you another. I made my order online gave my credit card info after a month I called in to find out what's going on they tell me I have to pay again that they didn't charge me the first time and now they want to charge me $300 more than what I was originally agreed to if people do not have the inventory they say they have you'll be waiting forever if you even get anything these people should not be selling firearms check out the reviews I'm not the only one I don't even know how they're in business still

This company is horrible don't waste your time and money they will lie to you they false advertise on their website they do not have inventory to support their sales their prices are not accurate they will tell you one price I charge you another

I took my CCL class here, and I've been a member of the range for quite some time The quality of items they carry are top notch and the staff have always been, not only helpful, but also friendlyGreat bunch of people who on many times I've seen drop whatever they are doing to answer a question, or help with anything I have never once felt pushed, proded, or like I was the object of a commision gain The other members of the range are equaly friendly, in my experience If you are consiering purchasing either a firearm, firearm accessory, or a range memership, I highly recomend them The facilites themselves are also quite nice, and they do not demand that you be a member of any gun organizations like the NRA, or GOA But I don't expect you to take my word for any of this Go pay them a visit, and see for yourself!
