Review: I hired this company Oct of 2013 to widen my driveway and repave the entire existing and new driveway areas. He came and removed the 1' high cement retaining wall on one side of my driveway, the dirt and about 4 cement sections of walkway, put down the RCA blend on newly widened area. I was to build the new retaining wall before he could come back to finish the job. Winter came early and I did not finish the retaining wall. I was told in April of 2014 that he would be back in May of 2014 to pave. I started calling leaving messages/ emailing them in May, June, July, Aug. NO RESPONSE!!! I finally get a response in Sept after I say I'm going to file a complaint with Revdex.com. I told them I hired another company to finish the job, that I could not wait any longer and asked for a partial refund (I gave them $1,150), and was told that they would not because they needed 4 men for an entire day and 2 10 wheeler trucks to remove the dirt/ retaining wall/ walkway and existing driveway up to the gate. They never removed any part of my existing driveway, and could probably have fit what they did remove into the back of a pick up truck. Totally unprofessional. I have all the email conversations and original contract and pictures before and after work was done to prove what I am saying. The other company that paved my driveway had 6 men and 1 truck full of blacktop, a roller and it took them about 2 hours to complete the entire job which cost me more that what I would have paid if Kneski finished the job per our contract. So I seriously doubt that Kneski needed 4 men for 8 hours to remove dirt/ 1' retaining wall/ 4 sections of cement walkway, that he used a bobcat to do. He also left a huge pile of dirt in my front yard (at my request), big enough for my son to sled down after it snowed.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund.
