I apologize for the delay. We cannot control the shipping times from *** FurnitureThe estimates from *** Furniture often change after we are set up from delivery from them. The last estimated time was correct and the furniture was 100% delivered Feb8. We have no reason to keep delivery from a customer and we are not trying to short someone
From: Dave *** [***@shopknies.com] Sent: Friday, February 02, 4:PM To: Customer Relations Subject: Revdex.com case #*** *** *** is our customer, recently we delivered a bedroom set. The set is missing rails and we will
fill the order ASAP when we receive the piece from the furniture company. I have spoken to our delivery manager who has spoken to Mr***
I paid $11/21/for a bedroom furniture, that was supposed to be delivered right before christmasIts now 1/26/The company delivered a partial order to meI keep being told that the rest of the order is going to be loaded on a truck and deliveredI call them to check on status and being passed on to somebody else in the store and different storiesBut can not get anybody to give me a direct answerI have been enough patient with this order but still have no bed to sleep inThey called me yesterday and said the order was on the way, but today they tell me the order has not been loadedI surely think this is bad business practiceAnd yet still have no answer but they will check into it
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: yes they have talked with me a half a dozen and gave me a date for delivery. But never a delivery was made. I was told last time the part was in [redacted] warehouse. Sitting with this knie rep named Rick. He called [redacted] warehouse and was told the part was still in Pennsylvania. The Rep was told it couldn’t be shipped till 2/3/18. So I called knie on the 31 January. And was told it won’t be loaded on truck till 2/7/18. I’ve just about had it with this false info
Sincerely,
