Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: yes they have talked with me a half a dozen and gave me a date for deliveryBut never a delivery was madeI was told last time the part was in [redacted] warehouseSitting with this knie rep named RickHe called [redacted] warehouse and was told the part was still in PennsylvaniaThe Rep was told it couldn’t be shipped till 2/3/So I called knie on the JanuaryAnd was told it won’t be loaded on truck till 2/7/I’ve just about had it with this info Sincerely, [redacted]
