The email is a follow up from our phone conversation last week in regards to the complaint ID [redacted] . The complaint was filed and referred to Knife River employees acting rude and unprofessional. As I mentioned on our phone conversation our crews were not present on site that day and there were... multiple contractors working on site. Eli [redacted] was the project manager for Knife River and spoke with [redacted] about the complaint and [redacted] just “assumed” it was Knife River since we had crews lowering the watermain in the prior weeks. This is a matter of mistaken identity and the customer made an assumption and filed a complaint without the facts. Just to add more clarification I personally called and spoke with Mr. [redacted] and he informed me that he did realize it was not Knife River and that it was a different contractor. I asked him to rescind his complaint and he said he had been busy after talking to Knife River PM Eli [redacted] and that he is free today and will cancel the complaint towards Knife River. I hope this fulfills our requirement of notification and follow up and the BBB will void the complaint ID [redacted] . Thank you, Jessee [redacted] Knife River ###-###-####

In February of we purchased TITLE Boxing Club Arden Hills from Previous owners Ross & Marnie *** We did not sign this member up.What they were told (stating they were given a copy of their contract that states the membership ends and does not auto continue) and what correct policy
is very different things.Our policy has been very clear since we took ownership All memberships do in fact roll over to month to month payments, and the required cancellation is very clear - "If you wish to cancel your membership after your expiration date, you must submit in writing day written NOTICE TO CANCEL You can email this request to [email protected], or mail it to our mailing address, or drop it off at our front desk You will then be notified of your cancellation.Notice of satisfaction of complaint:With this member we did in fact refund months of payments once we found out they did request a refund They have now since continued to bash our business by going on social media and stating statements about our coaching staff.Please remove this complaint - for reasons they have been refunded as requested,and they are no longer a member!
