Review: I saw an ad online offering excellent pre-qualified leads. I signed up with the company, went thru training, and was ready to go.They strongly suggested I buy leads - smallest option was 20 leads for $400. I was told by my direct manager, [redacted] and his sister, [redacted], I could expect to book 10 appointments off those leads. I was told that if I ordered them 'by Thursday, the leads will be in your inbox by Monday'. I have that promise in writing. It took over 2 weeks for my first lead to come in. I got 4 that day. I followed the instructions given for the leads. No luck. Second batch came in the next day. Same thing. I reached out to [redacted] very concerned that I could not get anyone to even answer my calls. I was concerned I had been ripped off. He said 'dial them at 10am, again at 2pm and again at 6pm. I did what he said. No luck.I was unable to reach the vast majority of the leads. The ones I did reach claimed they did not understand why I was calling. I shared that info, repeatedly, with [redacted] (Knight Brokerage Agency) employee, [redacted] and his sister, [redacted]. They said to keep calling. So I did. Eventually I went door knocking on these leads. There were a very small few that answered. And the ones that did either quickly refused to speak with me, or said they didn't know what I was talking about.Again, I contacted the company, very alarmed. I was told to forward the leads to [redacted] and she would call on the leads. I did, and included an explanation for each lead. I have not to this day heard back from [redacted], nor anyone else in this company. They are profane and angry people. I have filed a complaint with the [redacted] as directed by my new employer. Finally, I requested to be released from my contract with [redacted]. They laughed and said 'sit on the sidelines for 6 months'. I was/am brand new at insurance. I feel misled and am in a very bad financial situation.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like a refund for the 'leads' they provided. They were NOT as advertised. But I highly doubt they will do that based on the foul language (and obvious poor character) oft. [redacted]Otherwise, I would like them to release me from my [redacted] contract. I will never write any business with them. Had I known of their character and poor leads I would have never signed the contract with them. Now my new company is being handcuffed because Knight refuses to release me.
