Dealer back out of a verbal deal on a used car as it needs a transmission and they knew that when a price was given to me based on the fact the transmission would be fixed, I inspected the car, and test drove the car.
Other (requires explanation) Honour the deal
Sorry you feel you had a bad experience with Knight Ford. We are waiting for the required servicing to be completed. Given the age and performance of the car the required parts are proving difficult to obtain. Once proper repairs are completed and we feel the car is in the condition we would be comfortable selling it in you are more than welcome to come down and purchase it. Thanks

They have admitted in text that the price will reflect the repair bill as per sales manager text I received thus reneging on the original deal.
I asked if the price will change and they said yes.
