Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have pictures from the tech I hired to fix the problem and his statement saying that those wires were very brittle from extended exposure to weather and should have been replaced and wrapped properly when the new unit was installed I can give you the name and number of the tech I hired stating it was not my fault and there was no week whacker used behind the unit as none would fit The wires and hoses were not replaced like they should have been that is what caused the shorting out of the unit.Sincerely, [redacted]
We restored water to her house and found it was irrigation leaking and home owner had no coverage for thatWe restored water within days here crawl space was full of water all the way to the opening there was no way for us to restore water till the restoration company could get it pumped out and partially dry out
