Knight Rider Towing & Recovery Inc

I realize they tow for other companies, but they didnt have to tow the vehicle with my car seat in it. My spouse has m.s., my daughters a year and a half old, and I was stranded over an hour away from home. I can't begin to tell you how this has damaged my faith in humanity.

I was in the middle of bankruptcy and informed the lien holder that we would relinquish the truck to just let us know when they were coming and we would give them the keys. The way I found out the bankruptcy was complete was my truck had been dragged out if my driveway. I then contact this company which proceeds to tell me that I have to bring them the keys and give them $75 for my belongings. If they had called like they were supposed to I would not need to pay anything because I would have had my belongings out and not had the skid marks in my driveway. They did call to set an appt to pick up my belongings but I don't feel I should pay their fees when they should have called prior to picking up my truck which again I had every intention of surrendering.

They have done a fabulous job, finding vehicles that were basically stolen. Customers take the check but never make any payments and try to hide. that is stealing to me. Knight rider has been very good at locating, and never any problems with any vehicle that come in.

Very dependable-

bad business..not only was my car towed illegally..the tow truck driver hit another car pulling off with my car...and they expect me to pay for damages.

On September 22, 2015 I picked up my vehicle from knight rider towing to find that their driver had stolen my audio system from it . Knight rider promised to take care of the damages as well as fire the employee and now that I am contacting them about the issue they are refusing to take care of it.

From Stephanie who answers the phone, to the hillbilly drivers...totally unprofessional and dishonest. They also have no problem with stealing your personal property if your car is towed. Nothing would surprise me on how low this ss would go.

They will say they towed a repossessed car directly to auction but that doesn't mean they don't have plenty of opportunity to steal the contents inside vehicle. Auction inventory already showed items missing when the car arrived. Hmmm...
