Knight Topline Heating & Cooling, Inc.

After renewing my "Gold" level maintenance plan (which allegedly makes me a 1st call priority for service) a few weeks ago, I have had to reschedule twice due to the technician being so late for a scheduled appointment that it conflicted with other appointments.
Today, my appointment was for 12noon. It is now 2:30 and noone is here. I would suggest that the "Gold" plan is of no benefit as far as priority service and also that appointment scheduling is of no importance to this company.
