Knighthawke Security LTD

Review: I have recently used Knighthawke Security server service to serve important documents ordered by the court. I paid for this service and was dissatisfied with the incomplete return of service required to document what was sent by the server. My attorney stated that the return documents were incomplete and must have included every document served. For these documents to be valid it needs to be "amended" for the court. I explained this to the person in charge at Knighthawke Security of this error. I decided to send out a new set of documents to be served by the time they received it I no longer needed them to be served. I had called to leave a voice mail letting them know that I cancelled this service. Then I called the next day to verify that this service was cancelled but they had already delivered the documents. I have received the second set of the return of service documents from knighthawke security and again the documents were incomplete, missing other served documents that I clearly noted to be listed as served and on the front page of the return of service document in the "declaration line" it was not filled out by the server plus this second set was not notarized by notary public. Again I cannot use this document "Return of Service" as it is still incomplete. Not satisfied by the second time I did not pay them for the second service and Knighthawke Security didn't offer to correct these issues for me. I had put a stop payment on my issued check and they deposited my check and they were charged $12.00 NSF and want me to pay for this plus $88.00 totaling $100.00 for their awful service.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the first or second "Return of Service" documents amended by Knighthawke Security or refund me the amount charged from the first set I sent out from failing to provide me with a valid service documents for the court.
