Review: I purchased this vehicle to safely transport my two small children on Dec. 13, 2012. I have never been late with my payments and this vehicle has left me and my children, 3 years and 6 months of age stranded on the side of the road on multiple occasions, in freezing temperatures. Knights Auto sold me a vehicle that was not safe and mechanically sound. They knew I had small children and they sold me junk. They have done this to several people at this point. All the time I have owned this car I have actually been able to drive it for 30 days. I have lost my job, my babysitter and have no transportation to provide for my family. Their incompetence has devastated mine and my children's lives at this point. They are getting their payments still and I am currently out of any transportation and the lady that works there has cursed me on several occasions when I call or go there trying to get them to make the situation right. They are taking advantage of innocent people and endangering lives by selling defective automobiles.Desired Settlement: I would like the the money I have paid for the car back plus the money I have put into parts, labor and towing trying to get the automobile running. They should have their business license revoked for poor ethics and endangering lives.
