*** We have been at this location since February 2011.Initially my wife (*** ***) started working there first as an employee tending to the counter for customers picking up and dropping off clothes to be cleaned; she also was one of two(2) seamtress that did alterations.Her experience in this occupation came from many years that she did factory level sewing at various sewing companies in this area.She has also worked for a company in Belton, Tx that exclusively did wedding and evenning gowns so she knows what she can do and cannot do as far as alterations go While she has been at this location her work has always been greatly praised by all customers.We have never had a complaint such as this.She takes her work very seriously We took over the ownership of the business in 2013.That's when I began helping my wife run the counter for drop off and pickup:also taking orders for alterations of customer clothes The customer absolutely misunderstood if she thought I was saying that there was something wrong with hemming job on the gown.I only said that if wife misunderstood something at least give her a chance to straighten it out.Her husband on the other hand rebuffed me and said rather angrily that things should be done right the first time.I tried to get them to understand that there was still some time to redue the hemming if my wife made a mistake but Mrs Lucas got so overly emotional about the situation that she was not willing to give any consideration to anything I suggested which was to leave the evening gown so my wife could see the things she thought where wrong,but she kept raving about the fact that the gown was new out the box and was in poor condition when she came to pick it up She complained that my wife had it cleaned when it didn't need to be cleaned but my told her that when she finished the hemming it probably would need pressing only and that's the only thing she would have done to it,but I think she thought my wife was going to do it;also we do not do on site pressing especially on a gown of that nature I explained to them that this store was only a drop off and pickup point and no actual cleaning and pressing goes on here My wife was never told to save the tags,but I told them I was sorry I could not find all the tags and hanger which originally came with the gown I did offer to have the gown cleaned,but she didn't want that either I will atest to the fact that my wife probably didn't inspect the gown carefully when she first brought it in,but in no way was the gown in an atrocious state when they came to pick it up(there is no way for us to tell if the gown was straight out of the box brand new,it could have come from the company with some discolorations in the fabric They were charged appropiately for what was done to the gownThey even said that they would come back to discuss this with my wife
