They have done a fabulous job of repairing & restoring my suv involved recently in an accident. It looks and drives as though I just purchased it. I definetly recommend them to any and everyone that need such services whether or not your vehicle got into an accident.
Don’t even think of using their service..they charged me $1,077 dollars to get back my car...they’re *** thieves...if your car is there get it out ASAP!!
They run a car booting service for illegally parked cars in the Forest Hills Gardens. I had to escort a handicapped person to the train. In 5 minutes they were already booting the car. Clearly they had the area staked out to collect their next bounty. I caught the booter guy in the act, asked for his ID and phone to verify who he was. He refused and insisted that I pay $195 to take the boot off the wheel. I had to call the police to have the matter verified. No ID on him, no ID on his car. He tried to leave while I waited for police, but I would not let him. Knight is a very slimy operation contracted by a very slimy Forest Hills Gardens Association.
Without a specific invoice number I can only respond to this complaint in general terms. Forest Hills Gardens is a private community who's roadways are private property and have clearly posted signs at it's boarder's that parking is restricted to it's members with current permits affixed. Our firm is contracted to install boots and charge $175 plus tax for the removal of those boots to any vehicle who is not authorized to park on it's "Private Property". The complainant admits they did in fact park on the private property of the Forest Hills Gardens property and as is allowed by law, it's agent (Knights Collision Experts Inc.) did perform it's duty and applied a boot to the vehicle. Nothing was done incorrectly except for the complainant who disregarded the signs, the law and the rights of a private property owner and parked their car clearly disregarding those warnings.
Knights Towing was contracted by *** to remove illegally parked car. My car was parked in my purchased spot, but my plates had changed. The car was later sold at auction and the license plates were never given back to the DMV. Now my license and the registration on my new car had been suspended, a gentleman at Knights Towing offered to prepare a letter for me but I would need to give him $800 for the letter. These guys are dishonest
The consumer fails to state that there was no payment made by them and they abandoned their vehicle on our tow lot after the City of New York had us tow the vehicle for being improperly parked. Why they City of NY had it towed is not our knowledge, we are contracted by the City to tow vehicles from their properties when THEY determine it needs to be towed.
Now a letter is required from a licensed, bonded and insured entity verifying the plate's have been destroyed by the NYS DMV. The $800 requested is less than half of the final bill the consumer failed to pay when they abandoned their property on our tow lot and to us is considered an discounted offered settlement of our bill. It is only because the NYS DMV suspended their license for not turning in the plates that they now are compelled to call us to resolve our bill which we offered to settle for $800. If they settle the bill with the offer we put forward (which is less than half of what is owed) will we provide them with the proof the NYS DMV is requesting from THEM.

Car was towed to knights for repair after a collision on the highway. This shop took 32 days to repair a bumper and lights that was damaged. Every time I called to get an update I would get different answers from multiple people. Their customer service skills is below zero, Donza who answered my call one time stated that I was "ignorant" because I said I was getting the run around. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY FORM OF SERVICES!
Unprofessional and should be shut down. Threatened my husband physically because we had complaints about all our personal belongings being stolen from our car. Every time I called to resolve getting my car out of there, they picked up and hung up before I could speak or the few times someone answered, they transferred me to a voicemail or dead line every time. I've learned from others that they are known for causing extra damage to BMW's as they don't tow them correctly. Awful all around, AVOID them at all costs!
