Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business. The customer's system is based off of and set up for a three bedroom house but he has it hooked up to multiple residencies. He is overusing the system which makes the alarm go off and effects the system and the amount of water that is being used.

Review: In early 2014 I was required by [redacted] county to install a new sewerage system for four existing dwellings. I chose [redacted] to design and inspect the system ( the county supplied a list of companies) and they ([redacted])got two bids for a contractors to install the drainage field. I told [redacted] that I chose Knights Dirt Diggers, LLC of the two bids to install the drain field. The drain field system was installed by Knight's Dirt Diggers and their bill paid on 7/25/2014. According to [redacted] County Health Department personell, the final inspection report and As built Drawing have been filed by [redacted] in January of 2015. The Contractors Completion Statment (Knights Dirt Diggers) has not been received by the [redacted] County Health Department.Since installation the pump system alarm has gone off periodically (at least twice a month) and the sewerage has risen in the pump tank to within 2 feet of the top of the tank. [redacted] and Dirt Diggers have been repeatedly notified of this condition but have failed to resolve it. This latest alarm was recorded on January 26 2015.Desired Settlement: File Contractors Report as required.Correct flooding of pump tank with sewerage.Correct condition leading to pump tank alarm going off and possible sewerage spill.
