Sir we inspect room #after they complain we not found any bed bugStill we refund them $They contact health department and they came next day and inspect the room but they not found any bed bugYou can call city health department and confirm with themWe did what we want to do

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, that is not true because the maintenance man took pictures off of his phone of the bed bug that I found underneath the sheets it was a Hispanic male and I also have pictures and videos of the bedbugs It was me and my fiance there when he came to inspect the room.
