Thank you for your letter alerting us to the complaint we had with our hotel, We pride ourselves in working with the customers as much as we can in making them aware of our policies before checking into our establishment,At our hotel, check-out time is in fact at 11:00 a.m. We advise our employees...

to make reminder calls, starting as early as 10:30 a.m., to our quests that check-out is indeed at 11:00 a.m. For this incident, our employee called three times only to have no response. Another employee was directed to go knock on the quest's room door to make sure everything was alright with guests inside as well as if the phone had been working in the room. The employee received no answer to the door, nor heard any noise or response coming from the room to clarify there were any guests still in the room. By law, we have the right to enter the room at anytime if there is any suspicious activity or life threatening emergencies to follow through with seeking medical attention if needed.In response to the rates we give, they can change at anytime, especially during the holidays. We advise our Customers when calling to book a reservation due to the rates changing on a regular basis. When calling and asking for the rate of a room, you receive the rate at that specific time of the day.Being that this customer states they have been here before, they should already be familiar with our policies and that the employees only follow protocol.
