Good Afternoon ***, I hope all is wellPer our conversation today, my office received a letter from your office on Tuesday, September 26th 2017, dated for Thursday, September 21st for a complaint submitted about Metrodata Services, Incon September 20th I was not in the office on September 26th, when the letter was received, but when I arrived at the office on Wednesday, September 27th I read this letter and reviewed my company records per the complaint submitted by the individual After my review of the records, I first attempted to call the individual to discuss the complaint at 8:am on The individual did answer the call, but they could not discuss the matter at that time and asked for my contact information to call me back at a later time that same day I gave my contact information and the individual called me back at 11:am that day We discussed the events regarding the complaint , including the “Customer’s Statement of the Problem.” In addition, we then discussed the “Desired Settlement” and I discussed every action that is currently/will be occurring to fulfill all conditions of the “Desired Settlement” At the end of our conversation, we both agreed that the complaint has been resolved and that I and the individual would be contacting the Revdex.com to state that the compliant has been resolvedIf you should have any questions or need any additional information regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact meThank you and Have a Great Day! I spoke to Jonathan P*** from MetroData in the morning on 9/27/ He indicated he has implemented additional measures to make sure this does not happen again He will also mail me a copy of the report As requested, I was provided a copy of the report which I received today (I had to pick it up from the post office as it required a signatureI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
