Repeated attempts to get refund have been declined
July 19 My wife and I checked into hotel (Knights inn) paid through until Aug 3 on her debit card. Due to circumstances Checked out early (July 24) and received only 200 (room deposit, the room was not damaged or dirty)have gone back multiple times to be given many excuses and no refund, going back and forth from talk to my husband or talk to my wife day shift/night shift.
I just want my refund 683.34
Business called and stated customer can come between 1pm and 2pm to get their refund as they cannot refund without the customer's debt card.
