and dissuade all other guests trying to check in, screaming that they should not stay hereOther guests got up and left the hotelWe are demanding payment for all business lost that night due to this gentleman's unruly behaviourPlease ask Mr *** to provide his credit card details so we can charge the necessary amount.Guest made a huge scene at the property, and was asked to leave the propertyThe police was called and informed about the situation, by the time the police was here, the guest had left thus the police gave us instructions to call them back if he re-appeared on the property, so we can issue a criminal trespass.Guest crossed the tine when he forcefully brought out his phone to take pictures of our front desk, Ms *** *** Reason- we cannot understand why, perhaps a specialist will be able to identify what that kind of behaviour amounts toWe will not be issuing any refunds or compensation of any sort for the guests' belongings.We have our pest control inspection scheduled on Wednesday Ith of April Any required details by the Dispute Resolutions Specialist can be obtained by calling the hotel directly and asking for the manager.Yours Sincerely,Manager/Owner

This was not what had happened during my stayThis hotel has a long list of complaints by guests that are similar to mineI have audio to prove that I handled this situation with graceThe hotel staff does not handle complaints by guests in a professional mannerI chose to leave the hotel due to the fact that the staff would not work with me and I was fed up with how I was being treatedIn my opinion this hotel should not be in businessThey do not care about their guests and they clearly get away with how badly the hotel is kept upThe reviews prove thisThere are many reviews by customers stating how terrible the place isThere are reviews stating there are bed bugsThere are reviews stating the staff treats you badlyThe staff do not take complaints with graceI will not pay them for anythingThey have already charged me for nights that I did not stay there and I am now in contact with an attorneyI am sick and tired of consumers being treated badly by businesses
