Knights Kitchens and Bath has hit their second grand slam home run with their basement remodel creating a bedroom and a bathroom. They remodeled our two upstairs bathrooms and we were tremendously impressed with their skill, speed and knowledge. Rich has put together a team of master craftsmen that solve all problems in quick time. Rich's bids are spot on and the jobs come in on time and on budget or less.He and his workmen are easy to work with, they listened to our questions and responded with clear and concise answers. They arrive on the job,on time and with all the tools needed to do the job and without wasted motion get it done. To say we are pleased with their work is an understatement. Everything about Knights Kitchens and Baths is outstanding from bid to completion.My wife and I would NOT consider any other contractor. His next job is our kitchen. Rich works with you and for you, you can't ask more than that.

The best investment in my house I have made thus far. I was so very pleased with the work that Knight's team did for me. They were on time, cleaned up every day and were a delight to work with. If I asked for a tweak during the construction, they worked with me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel. Now, my bathroom floor is next on my list and guess who is going to get the job...Knight's, of course.

We remodeled our kitchen after purchasing all the appliances at a Black Friday sale (day after Thanksgiving) and saving 37% from Sears. Sears also installed the new granite countertops and flooring. This was all initiated BEFORE our finding [redacted]'s Kitchens and Baths. In hindsight, we wish we had discovered [redacted] earlier in the process. Many of the oversights and shortcuts that were done by OTHER contractors were professionally repaired by [redacted]'s and creative new design ideas added after-the-fact. The presence of [redacted] and his quality workmen made this whole project a great success.

[redacted]'s staff:

• removed all existing tile back splash above counter tops.?

• redesigned & raised an existing cabinet to accommodate a taller refrigerator while matching the existing stain.

• installed high quality LED track lighting on dimmers both above and below cabinets on three sides of the kitchen.

• modified the installation of the dishwasher and trash compactor to fit cleanly into the existing openings.

• custom built and installed new self-closing cabinet drawers with a deeper length.

• assembled and installed two large crystal ceiling chandeliers (one in a vaulted ceiling).

• installed a Tiffany hanging ceiling fixture.

• installed outlets and GFCI's through out the kitchen.

• installed three high efficiency fluorescent ceiling fixtures.

• installed new cabinet hardware on all cabinets.

• installed two new bathroom faucets.

• installed two new ceiling flood lights over the kitchen island.

• painted kitchen walls, ceiling, and underneath cabinets.

• custom built and installed roll-out shelves in the pantry, under sink, & broom closet.

• installed new airflow vent in wall to comply with code requirements.

?• eagerly performed many other small tasks from the daily "punch list" we prepared for them.

COMMENTS:

[redacted]'s Kitchens and Baths were professional and thorough from their first step inside our door. Each visit they rolled out in front of them white drop cloths to prevent any damage to the wood floors, carpet, or tile. They covered the cabinets, appliances, lights, and floors when they painted. Whenever they left for the day our home was COMPLETELY clean.

We cannot praise them enough for the friendly, highly professional manner in which all the work was performed. Not only are they VERY skilled tradesmen, but they are also great people to work with. Their consistently positive attitude and creative solutions made this remodel project a joy and a great success that exceeded all out expectations. They kept us well informed and always kept their word with schedules. You can set your watch by the arrival time. They were never late!

If you want a company that charges a fair price for their top quality work and maintains the highest integrity throughout, then consider this fine company. As an example of their integrity, we had agreed to the final bill and had paid the amount with a credit card. Then two days later, [redacted] called and said that he had found another $300 credit when closing out our job. I have never had that happen with a contractor before in my entire life.

My recommendation to you is to have [redacted] involved in your project very early in the planning. You are likely to find his creative ideas will save you money and give you a much finer end product. We have already referred him to many other friends, and have not heard a single complaint.

Just a note to indicate the high quality of work done by [redacted] and his crew; My work was done about 15 years ago with absolutely no issues unresolved. [redacted] takes great pride in his work, is detail and follow through oriented. After this time he still took the time to bring out to my home in 2013, a tube of filler to assist in the chips that I have accumulated on my counter tops. 15 years!!

What can you say? The guy cares about the work that he does or is responsible for.
