are an emergency 24 hour service, and our normal business hours are 8-5 M-F and 8-12 on Saturday. Mr [redacted] was correct when he said the rims were not in stock, and they had to be ordered. I can assure you that Mr [redacted] did order the correct wheels for the vehicle in question, but because of the damage that occurred durning his initial accident to Mr [redacted]'s truck, he needed more work to the front end which might have caused the scrubbing that he is referring to. We tried to reach out to him after we received this complaint, but he didn't not answer not did he return our call. Mr [redacted] paid us in full for the services he received, and he never once complained or contacted us after the service in question to let us know he was having any problems with his vehicle. He also had several issues when he was trying to pay with his bank account, and we worked with him so he could pay us with a check which we normally would not do for an out of town check. He also assured us his check was good, and we wouldn't have any problem receiving payment for the services. As of now, we haven't received any paperwork that Mr [redacted] has stopped payment on his check.
