We dispatched a technician back out this this address where the tech found the unit operating and the residence warmCustomer then stated that he felt cold air blowing at one time and sent out the Revdex.com negative reviewSystem was operating by producing heat and hot waterOur qualified technician
then raised the boiler pressure a few PSI and watched the unit operate until he was satisfied that it would continue to operate properlyOur technicians are trained to be professional and do not laugh at customers or there responsesOur people maintain a professional attitude at all timesSaid technician is highly trained and was top of his class when he graduated from his HVAC academy

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Hello, I am writing to rescind my former complaint as the business has done everything that could be reasonably expected in response to it. The office called almost immediately after the complaint was issued. The same two techs were dispatched -- who as I said before are very nice people -- armed with a little more information about the issue, tested and inspected the unit thoroughly and addressed the underlying mechanical issue: apparently a pressure setting was too low, causing hot water to not be diverted to the heating element consistently. Moreover, the company provided the service free of charge and, if that wasn't enough, after going to bat with the warranty company for me -- without success -- volunteered a one month guarantee to follow-up if any issue persists. Did I say as much as could reasonably be expected? Knik Heating went above and beyond. Thank you,[redacted]
