eventually find a part from a parts search group. I installed the part and did the necessary adjustments etc and she picked it up on January 24,2018. I had told her several times that the second machine was going to be a while because of the problem and then the part needed to complete it. She has been using now since the day she picked it up and is satisfied with the performance. I did not know we had these emails as they went to our junk mail and I just found them now after you had called us. Thank you and I believe this complaint to be fully resolved.
