Dear Representative Revdex.com, sans-serif;">The purpose of this letter is to respond to compliant [redacted].Just to let you know,  Knit Schtick has been in business for 7 years. We have grown to our ( larger each time ) third location. In an industry where knit shops are going out of business , Knit Schtick is flourishing. Recently we were named by Knit America as " The Coolest Yarn Shop on the West Coast."  Currently,  we have about 56 reviews on yelp, with a 41/2 star rating, priding ourselves with having a  customer base of 2000. I am very proud. It is true as of April 1, 2016 our store policy of only using Knit Schtick yarns while working on knit and crochet projects while in the store has changed.   We had no customer complaints about this change due to customers understanding this is a STORE , a place of business. Customers view this as respect to the generosity of our staff and shop. It is also common practice of yarn shops to have this policy in place. When Ms. [redacted] arrived to my store with her yarn purchased elsewhere, we attempted to explain to her the recent change in policy. (She referred to this on yelp as a "lecture")I asked her " how many classes do you have left". She responded "3". I generously told her "since you purchased your card before the change, you may finish your classes on your card with your own yarn. If you choose to continue after your card runs out, then you can use our yarn going foward." Ms [redacted] chose to stay. During her stay she was offered coffee, refreshments, and help several times. The crochet teacher tried to engage her, and she chose to ignore her. Honestly, I'm not sure what this complaint is about.  We acomidated her. She was told she could use her own yarn and finish her card.Knit Schtick reserves the right to change store policies. Purchasing a class card that never expires would be expecting all policies to remain the same until the doors close someday. This is unrealistic.Ms [redacted] is welcome to return to, and enjoy all the wonderful services and gratis the "store" has to offer. She will be welcomed  to complete her class card with her own yarn. I tried to tell her this when I called her on April 12, 2016 at 1 PM. I never received a return call as per my request. We hope to see her soon.Knit Schtick
