July 2020 I sent a Brother KH860 knitting machine k-carriage in for repair. Several calls to sew & knit world. Told waiting for parts. As time went by and several calls and excuses to non returned calls left message asking to have this carriage returned to me before end of year. It's now January 2022 and no call back and still no carriage repaired or returned. Before sending this carriage to them I. July 2020 I questioned them to make sure they could repair it.

Hi, We did resolve this repair issue The machine was quite old and it was frozen up and took a while for the machine to free up after soaking it continually and trying to get it to moveThen when I did get it free it needed a part that was no longer supplied by the manufacturer and I did eventually find a part from a parts search group I installed the part and did the necessary adjustments etc and she picked it up on January 24, I had told her several times that the second machine was going to be a while because of the problem and then the part needed to complete it She has been using now since the day she picked it up and is satisfied with the performance I did not know we had these emails as they went to our junk mail and I just found them now after you had called us Thank you and I believe this complaint to be fully resolved
