Review: On 11/30 2013 I ordered 12 items from Rival Swords online. I mainly ordered from this site because the site advertised a 25% off sale for black friday weekend. I never received any confirmation that my order was placed. On 12/2 2013 I called to make sure my order was placed and was told I was sent a confirmation. I explained I received no such confirmation, and was immediately sent a new one which I received proving Rival Swords does have my email. My order was not shipped until 12/4, five days after I ordered! On 12/11 2013 I received my order only to find 4 missing items and 1 item I did not order. When I called and spoke to Rival Swords I was told 2 of the missing items are out of stock and were either refunded or being refunded to me. No notification of these items being out of stock or any refunds being given was given to me by mail, email, phone, etc. If the website had shown these items were out of stock, I would not have placed the full order due to one of the "now out of stock" items was the main reason I ordered anything to begin with. The 3rd missing item was sent wrong hence explaing the item I received I did not order, and the 4th missing item was missing all together with no explanation. Upon examining what actually did show up I found damage on 3 of the 8 items that did arrive. The "cobra knife" had 2 broken spikes with glue all over the handle. The "legolas elve knives" have the holes in the plaque wrong so it looks ridiculous when hung. The "twinkle twin swords" have a button missing on one of the handles. So all in all of the 12 items I ordered, 4 didnt show and 3 were damaged. This is the worst ordering experience I've ever had and cant believe a company is run like this.Desired Settlement: I need the 3 damaged items to be replaced with no cost to me which include the "Cobra knife", the "Legolas elve swords", and the "Twinkle Twin Swords" which all have visible damage. The "Grenade sword cane" item I received incorrectly to be exchanged with the "Xmen cane sword" I actually ordered. The missing "Pirates Medallion" item to be actually sent, and the out of stock "Budd Sword" and "Anime Sword" items to be refunded. Until all of this has taken place, I will not be satisfied.

Review: I ordered a .380 semi-automatic James Bond replica blank gun from this company along with a box of 8mm blank ammunition and I paid by credit card. Order # [redacted]. When I received my product, (It was for my son who needed it for a movie making project for school) it would not fire. I called them and they sent a return label to ship it back. I sent the gun and the box of ammo back because we didn't know if it was the gun or the bullets that were defective. After a couple of weeks we received our return and thought that was the end of it, but when we opened the package it was a .22 revolver without any ammunition. This was not even close to what I had ordered and was about $65 cheaper than the gun I had originally ordered. I called them again and after about 3 days and 10 phones calls later they agreed to send me a label to send it back in for my replacement gun. They received my return 10 days ago and I called today to find out what is going on. They informed me that they are investigating why I received the wrong product and they do not know when I will be getting my replacement gun and ammunition. I tried to ask them why I had to wait for them to figure out how they screwed up my order before I can get my replacement back. I am now going to have to spend another $150.00 with rush delivery to buy another one for my son so he can complete his project and turn it in on time. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I think it would be fair for them to expedite my order and ship the gun and ammunition overnight delivery ASAP. Thank you.
