KUDOS!!! to Thorn Heating & Cooling for their very pleasant customer service experience. I explain to the pleasant Lady who took my call, I had limited time but needed a condensation pump installed. The Lady said to my surprise no problem! The tech came out very pleasant with exceptional house manners (very much appreciated) the tech completed the job in less than an hour, very efficient and also offered a care tip for the pump.......Thank You !!!!!!!
