Customer has been sent a refund check for the full amount of $255.00. (Check #***)(Sent to his home address) His request was as I understood in this complaint was for an adjustment of the billingAt KNK we take great pride in trying to make and keep people happy. But most of all
our integrity is most important.Sorry he felt like he was taken hostage and had no other options. As the Owner; it's my understanding that he was aware of what the charges would be, prior to us (having to go get the part) (make an additional trip out)(a year tech installing and insuring all was good) (warranty handling of part)(year warranty on the repair work done) I do wish ** *** well, and hope he has good experience with the other two companies.God Bless Sincerely *** ***
