I placed a single order with this company and had a quite disappointing experience. I placed an order over $100 for which I received free shipping. The next day they sent me an email saying that some of the items were out of stock, even though they showed as available on their website, and they would hold the entire order until that items became available about a month and a half later. I wrote back and asked that they ship the items that were available, and they cancelled the order and made a new order charging me for shipping, even though they were the ones to have the items unavailable.

After noticing the charge I called back and they said they could not waive the shipping because my order was now $80 rather than $100, so they offered to cover half the shipping. Then I asked them to add more items so that the order would again be $100 and they said they couldn't do that either because the order had already been shipped, even though only an hour had passed since they confirmed the new order, and it had taken them at lease 24 hours to contact me about the original order without shipping it. They have the Revdex.com icon on their website, and it doesn't seem like the type of business that deserves to do so as their service is no so great.

This was probably the worst on-line ordering experience I've had in 15 years. I submit an order on May 9, 2014. No order confirmation was ever sent. A week went by and I ordered the product I needed from a different vendor thinking [redacted]'s ordering system dropped the order. On May 22, they finally decided to ship the order, which arrived on May 28. I obviously needed to return, as the merchandise I had received from the subsequent vendor had already arrived. Needless to say, I returned the goods......subject to their stated 20% restocking fee (in my opinion they should have waived this in this particular case and also reimbursed me for the return shipping fees). Honestly, my opinion is that these guys shouldn't be operating in the on-line marketplace as they do not have the competencies to do so. They do not do it efficiently, nor is the customer first. For example, my email inquiries were never responded to and answered the phone once in 15 tries. It took them 13 days to ship a product. [redacted]ndividual sellers ship quicker.

I am very pleased with the way Knobbrands handled my order. I received an email confirmation immediately and received the order three days later. Very prompt and very good price. Thanks.
