you for your reply. I have read the message. The business owner is not telling the truth about what has happened.
I called the business owner regarding the broken repairs in January. He  said they will give 90 days warranty
and promised he will come and check the issue of the broken repairs when they
have time. Since they did not come, I called again in early March to schedule a
time that they can come and they agreed they will come on that day I suggested.
However, they did not come the day as they
promised. So I called them. Since no one answered the phone, I left them a message
asking when they will come. But they did not return my phone call. Then I sent
them an email asking when they will come. There was no response again. After
several days without getting any response from the handyman company, I
contacted the seller of the house asking whether they can contact this company
since they hired this company. However, the seller  said I should contact
Revdex.com since the house is not theirs anymore. So I contacted you and also informed
the handyman company that I will contact Revdex.com as the seller suggested since they
completely ignored all my phone calls and messages . There was no response from
this company again this time.
However, from the company's response, they said we have disagreement regarding
the warranty, which is not true. They also said I have threatened them during
our conversation, which is not true either. Since they have never answered my
phone calls except for the first two which are to schedule the appointment for
the repairs, all the rest in their message regarding our conversation are not
true.
They said I only have one complaint in 21 years which is true, so you can see I generally
will not complain against a company at Revdex.com.
I am so
shocked to see some people can be so dishonest like this company.

The work I did at the house at [redacted] was for the sellers of the home through a real estate agent. I have never done any work directly for [redacted]. The work should have been inspected by the buyers prior to settlement. [redacted] has paid me nothing for any...

repairs and therefore we do not owe her any money.Secondly, I was contacted by [redacted] during the winter. At which time we were engaged in a very busy snow removal services to many clients. I told her I would try to get by to see the repairs and look at what she was talking about because I was having a hard time understanding her. The warranty she speaks of is on the labor only and I would have to go by to assess the repairs that we did to see if it was a labor issue or a manufacturing issue. Do to being extremely busy I was not able to go by and a few days later she called my office and spoke to me. She became enraged on the phone and was abusive so at that time I explained to her that I do not respond to threats. She continued to threaten me so I told her that our conversation was done and that since the repairs were for the previous owners she would now need to contact them about the issues. I told her at that time I would not do any work for her.
I have been in business for 21 years and go out of our way for our clients. She is one complaint in 21 years. I can provide you with hundreds of name of people that know the work we do is exemplary and that we always go above and beyond for our clients. Since she has never been a client her complaint, about my company, should be discarded.
