I ordered a bunch of knobs and drawer pulls from these folks, noticed there was no delivery response. So I sent them an Email - no response. So I call both numbers, in each case I received a “voice mail is full - goodby” response before being disconnected. Acts like the company is out of business.

I ordered 350+ pulls - at a great advertised price! I received email confirmation of the order, then nothing. I emailed, telephoned (most of the mailboxes "full - call back later") to ascertain a ship/delivery - no response. I'm wondering if this is a real company or just a front for a middle man. Very disappointing. I'd rate them zero if I could.

Review: On 7/*/14 I ordered six cabinet door knobs. I chose Knobs-n-pulls. com over other websites because their online advertised restocking fee (if customer needed to return product) was lower than the other websites I checked. The restocking fee for knobs made by Schaub is 15%. (I printed this out from their website. As it turned out, I did need to return the knobs. I mailed them back on 7/**/14. I received an email stating that the restocking fee would be 25%. When I complained, [redacted] (in sales dept.) stated that the manufacturer must have raised their fee so she had no choice. In an email just a few days ago, I told her that I disagree. I feel that they should honor what they advertise and that I feel that I was baited and switched upon. I feel that Knobs-n-Pulls.com should pay that additional 10% to the manufacturer. I have not heard back from knobs-n-Pulls.com. My order number is: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I paid a total of $51.60 for the knobs. (Shipping was free.) Therefore I am expecting a refund of $43.86 after a 15% restocking fee.
