Sham
Do not order through this website! Similar experience to Julie L. Waited. Order slow to process. Waited. Finally canceled as customer service couldn't tell when it would ship. Ordered through another company. Order came promptly. Then Knobs4less order showed up. Called and promised a free label return. Waited again. Called again. Said I couldn't get a free label cause canceled after ordered shipped. That was untrue as I canceled almost a week earlier. Called supervisor line. She never called back. Then received an email that my order was completed! Total sham company!

DO NOT BUY
Whatever you do, save yourself the hassle and headache. Ordered from them during quarantine thinking an online company would be a good option. NOPE. WRONG. This has to be the most inept company out there. I’ve had better customer service and seen more organization at a neighborhood lemonade stand. Just awful people to deal with filled with Jon staffer specials, stupidvisors. Can’t follow through on simple things like returning an email. After waiting for a refund on a return for more than 6 weeks, I have no other option than to file fraudulent charges with my credit card company and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Seriously, save yourself the headache and hundreds of dollars in hassle and go to the local hardware store. Pay an extra 10 cents, it’s worth it for the peace of mind in knowing you will be dealing with a legitimate business who values customers.

Horrible customer service
Knobsforless masquerades as Liberty Hardware, but they are not Liberty Hardware. When you contact customer support, they know nothing and don't get back to you. They charge your credit card before shipping the product and don't even provide an email and tracking when shipping. They do not provide the basics expected. You can get the same product - cheaper at Home Depot. Do NOT buy from them! Horrible company. I have nothing good to say about them. I have not yet received what I ordered and it has been 3 weeks. Have made 2 inquiries to customer support. Of course, they charged my credit card.

I received the wrong items and when I called customer service I was told that they would contact the manufacture and call me backNo return callI called again and after much frustration was told I would receive a return call tagCalled again and no call tagAgain told that it would be issued in the morning

I ordered two door handles in September and November 13th I am still waiting The original order was sent via *** and not recieved which I reported September 15th After contacting Knobs4Less and *** multiple times, I was just told by the customer service rep of Knobs Less that they would have to ask *** for a status The order never arrived, and I still do not have my merchandiseAweful customer service No refunds, so I'm stuck

Ordered tile from their online store, (my credit card was charged immediately), days later I received a call that the tile was discontinued and not availableVery unapologetic and the website is still incorrectly showing the item availableReceived multiple emails that the order was "complete" and had to get paypal involved to refund my money

Knobs4less informed me that they did not have the product I ordered and paid for after the fact I was told that the money would be credited back to my account on March **, Today is April *, and I am still getting the run-around I have contacted them three times and each time I am told the amount would be refunded back to may account in two days That was a lie It took them less than seconds to take the money from my account when I ordered the product, now they are treating me like I am a thief and in actuality they are the thief I want my money back

Terrible company to do business with. They don't actually stock anything and order from other vendors. They have terrible customer service. my order was not filled correctly. took over 1 month of me calling daily to get this resolved. BUYER BEWARE

Review: I ordered some knobs for my kitchen and they charged me 3 times! They don't won't give me back my money or refund my credit card! I talked to the supervisor [redacted] @ ###-###-#### and she said she was going to resolve the problem but another customer service lady [redacted] said she left for the day without refunding my money. As you might know retired military is on a fix income and can not afford mishaps like this! I understand if the manager had told me that the problem was not going to be resolved until tomorrow, but she asked like it was not her bro elm!!!!!!! Not Good Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have filed a complaint against knobs 4 less for charging my debit card for 3 times the amount they were supposed to. I called them and they were suppose to cancel the hole order! They still have not credited my account. Being that my account have not yet been credited I was unable to buy my baby milk! There phone number is ###-###-#### / [redacted] Also, I called them Thursday and told them I want to cancel the hole order and put the $124.80 back on my debit card and it still haven't happened!Thanks, [redacted]Sent from my iPadDesired Settlement: All 3 payment backs in my account immediately!!!!!! $124.17
