Dear Revdex.com,I have had no intention of refunding or crediting anything for this customer. *** and Mr*** informed me that they were unhappy with their service because they were still seeing bugs in the house. I offered to come to the home to take care of the issues free of
charge. This was not sufficient for some reason and Mr*** vented his frustrations and I tried to accommodate him After failed discussions on the phone, Mr *** then told me he would love to have me come to the house personally to take care of his issues. He stressed "personally" when he asked. I noticed this was an unusual change of heart at the time, but I was relieved he was at least going to let me come out to his home. He took me to the backyard to "show me some problems" and immediately started yelling and cussing at me. He followed all this up by telling me "Bye Bye!" and yelling at me "Get off my property." I have apologized and empathized with this customer constantly up to this point. I offered to come to his home to try to take care of any issues he had and try to make him happy. He lied to me to get me to come to his house so he could intimidate me and yell and cuss at me on his own property without any chance of interference from any third parties, because he knew what he was doing was wrong. I found this frustrating, but also sad for Mr. *** that this is where he is at in his life, Tricking people into coming to their house so he can verbally abuse them.I informed him on my way off his property that I am done trying to please him.I don't think this is fair at all. It's people like this that piss all over your business model at the Revdex.com. Being able to "report" me to the Revdex.com does not give people the license to do whatever they want. I consider this instance entrapment. Yeah I did call him an *** and tell him to *** off after he yelled obscenities at me as he followed me all the way from the backyard to my truck in the front drive. So I guess I didn't have to do that (But I did not "peel out" of the drive.) He was simply trying to verbally abuse me since he was unhappy. I was also definitely afraid for my physical safety immediately when I found out why I was there.If after all this, I need to credit a treatment to be in your good graces, let me know.I have also attached the initial email to request cancellation of services at their home. It also includes a written commitment to pay the bill, for what it is worth.I am sick of being picked on and pushed around!

This customer has not even requested a credit with us as far as I can remember. The account has been credited and we will not do business with this customer again. This is the second time they have disputed their bill when they are thoroughly notified of how our service works. We
did seven treatments between 6/17/and 8/24/14. We came out to do their regularly scheduled treatment just like the others we were doing. We were not given any type of formal cancellation to let us know to stop services. We understand that customers sometimes forget to cancel services, and that we are human too, so we make mistakes from time to time. Since we have no proof of cancellation(a cancellation number is given to customers when their account is cancelled), there is no way of knowing for sure.So, as stated before, the account was credited.I hope this is sufficient.Thank You!

No work was done on the property. Account is cancelled, we simply sent second prepay letter before we got her message.This lady sent in a letter, never even called and talked to us regarding the second letter which was simply a prepay offer, not a claim of contract.To complain to the Revdex.com
before even checking with us is pretty ridiculous in my opinion.I am sorry we sent you a piece of paper with writing on it. It was an accident. We do not want to do anything you don't want us to do.Thank You for your business!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do disagree with his statement that I should have called them about the second letter.  I had talked to them in person and responded in writing prior to that.  They obviously weren't going to do anything until I got you involved.  Thanks for your help.

Review: the owner, [redacted], came to our home to see that his product was not working and he called my husband an [redacted] and yelled [redacted] off as he peeled out of our driveway.............he did not fix anything and was beyond rude, I cannot believe that he is trying to run a business this way!!!Desired Settlement: do not want to pay for last treatment that did not kill spiders and we were treated badly!

Review: My mother passed away on Oct. 9th of this year. Since that day I have been receiving daily calls demanding that I pay her $25.00 bill. Knockout Pest management was made aware that she was deceased and yet they continue to harass me and my family. This includes personal insults and threats that they will turn the bill into collections. Just today (Dec 12th) I was told that he couldn't believe I was my mothers son. And why threaten collections? I have never in my life dealt with such a callus company. Why would they offer me insults over my dead mothers $25.00 bill?Desired Settlement: I would like others in my community to know how this company conducts business. The bill is not mine. Their representative who calls to argue with and insult me when I just lost my mother hurts me. My only wish is to spare others this added insult to injury.

Customer was contacted by owner after he had talked to an employee previously. Apparently the employee did not pass on message that no one would pay for the bill of the service for the deceased. Account was immediately credited after speaking with the deceased customer's son.

Review: We told the office girl when she called to say they would be in the neighborhood as certain day could they come by and spray this yr. I told her I was not sure we were going to use there services again.....

Never called again, but one day as I was leaving in my car they had gone around my house without our permission and said they had sprayed......I told the girl in the pickup I had not told them to come out.......

Of course they sent a bill, my husband contatcted the owner and let him know. they are still billing us since spring for that first spray we did not authorise for$75.61. I refuse to pay them for services when we did not want them to return.Desired Settlement: For the compoany to quit billing us for a service they did but we did not request...........

Review: 2 years ago I used knockout pest control to get rid of a bee nest in my outside wall. Early last year they called and wanted to do pest spraying and I told them that I didnot want or need their services anymore. On April 17th of this year my wife and I left ot go to the Seatle area for a few days, we returned to Deer Park on April 22nd to find a bill hanging from our door for the amount of $86.43, for supposedly spraying our house for pest's. I seriously doubt that there was any spraying done, this evening I wrote a check for the $86.43 and sent them a complaint letter it will be in tomorow's mail to them just to keep them from turning it into collection. Sincerely [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my check back without it being cashed and for this not to go to collection's

Review: The owner of Knockout Pest did a single treatment of my house on 12/14/15. I made it very clear that I only wanted a single treatment and would contact him if I ever wanted another.

Two or three weeks ago, I received a letter from the company stating that I was set up to automatically start treatments in the spring and they would do treatment unless I notified them in writing that I did not want it. I did notify them in writing very clearly stating I DID NOT WANT a treatment and due to this sort of letter, I wanted to be removed from their mailing list and never planned to use them again.

Today 2/18/16, I received another letter with the same verbiage. I do not want to deal with this company again and I do not want more letters assuming they are authorized to do treatments on my house when they have been clearly told in person and in writing that I do not want to have any more treatments.Desired Settlement: Quit contacting me, especially with letters that assume they are authorized to do treatments. I also want others to be aware of this underhanded business practice.
