I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Knockout broke the contact, pure and simple. The company guaranteed a completion date in the written contact, October 2016, NOT February 2017. Shoddy workmanship caused delays and the absence of the work crew for weeks on end. Rainer S[redacted], as stated in our last rebuttal, submitted TWO false weekly updates. Lies.In my last rebuttal, I asked Knockout for specifics to corroborate its allegation agains us. Notice the company's newest rebuttal does not answer any of the points we have made. We allege that Knockout lies and obfuscates and inveigles the truth.  By contract, Knockout owes us money. I am going to begin a social media blitz that will expose Knockout for what it is:   a company that does not live up to its contractual obligations. And will get the affidavits to prove it.

The work was completed per the contract. The consumer refused to pay despite this and we filed a lien. We are sorry that the client is so dissatisfied but they were more than willing to have us complete the work and it's done.The permits are closed out.

The Knockout team remodeled my master bathroom and kitchen. They were easy to work with, listened to my needs, and worked with speed and care! I would definitely hire them again for future work.

We used Knockout Renovation to completely re-haul our miniscule kitchen about 7 years ago, and I just wanted to shout HOORAY! for the experience. We love our kitchen, it is 7 years later and STILL looks fabulous. Nothing has broken. Nothing has worn out. The beautiful floor and hand-set tiles are still in place, exactly as we wanted them. Every special construction we requested (cabinets behind our kickboards, at the very bottom of our cabinets, still hold trays, cookie sheets, and placemats, and the hand-crafted magnetic door still works!) still glides perfectly. I would use them again in an instant for any contractual renovation. Wish I had the money to re-do our bathrooms!!!

Knockout renovated our kitchen, bathroom, living room and hallway. They did an excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for renovations. Our job involved removing the flooring and putting in new tiles, installing wall tiles, removing old fixtures and installing new counters and fixtures, installing new lighting, and new wallpaper. Knockout helped provide excellent suppliers, and made many recommendations which we followed. Keith and his team was very professional, and on time. They worked well with everyone in the family. They also gave a guarantee to fix anything that they installed, if necessary, over 5 years. It is now about a year since their work was completed, and everything is fine. We were delighted with their work.

I was very lucky to use Knockout Renovation, Inc. to provide my studio apt. in Manhattan with a new kitchen and bathroom. Keith and his team were a pleasure to work with. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and all datelines were met.

I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of renovating . There is no question that I would use them again.

I have hired Knockout twice during the past 10 years, on each occasion to conduct a major renovation of a New York city apartment. I recommend them without hesitation. Every facet of their service is excellent. This includes the quality of their construction work, efficient project management, adherence to budget, attention to detail and customer service. In my experience their reliability and honesty is without reproach. Keith and his team are really outstanding professionals.
