I said " I don't have the clippers/ barbering clippers to do a triple zero, the shortes I can go is my neck trimmersShe then had asked how much our haircuts? I also seen you online." I told her, "Since its your first time we offer a $off coupon for new guest/ ppl that view us on line as well." "Ok, sounds good." I started cutting her hair and she seemed to be pleasant at first,until I started making small talk with her" How's your day going?"I asked" MehOk, I had to take my gf to her dr app close by." As I was cutting her hair she pulled away from me to see the side of her hair.." Is that a triple zero?" I said, " No I'm fading it down to my neck trimmer lengthI told you that in the very beginning before I started cutting your hair that I don't have that type of clipper/ barbering clipper." Her response "oh, ok, oh sorryWell how long have you been cutting hair for?" I told her yearsI then asked her where she usually goes to get her haircut and she snapped"***'s" but they messed it up and I had to leave in the middle of my haircutI can't remember much bc I was stoned." I really didn't know how to respond to a now " awkward" statement and a truly awkward positionI finished up the haircut showed you with a mirror and turned you so you could look at the all over look of your haircutI charged you $ bc it was your first time to our location and bc you seen us on lineNeedless to say you left me a generous $tip You called the salon the next day and spoke to my assistant manager and she told me that you were down right rude and nasty to her as she tried explaining to you that1) I Don't HAVE barbering clippers and 2).CANNOT do straight razor shaves on your faceI'm NOT a licensed barberHowever, I am a licensed COSMETOLOGIST that has been LICENSED in the state of Colorado for years We guarantee ALL of our haircuts for days under the following guidelines1)I have to see the haircut to determine if it was a length issue or a technical issue2)If myself isn't in my assistant manager needs to see it to determine if it's a length or a technical issue within the day time frame that you got your haircutI cant give you a refund when you chose to go to another place to "fix" your hairIt's now out of our hands and voids out our day customer guarantee Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/09/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Stay away from these con artists! They have sold me ,and many of my friends, lemonsAfter asking for assistance and my money back the told me to "go *** myself" over the phoneAfter talking with the owner in person he got upset and threatened to beat me up when he found me outsideThe manager and owner kept calling my wife and kids names while I was trying to get our money backFinally, after reaching my limit, we left with the junk vehicle and it has costed me several thousands of dollars to get it into running shapeDon't let them treat you the way the treated me

I cant give you a refund when you chose to go to another place to "fix" your hair. It's now out of our hands and voids out our 7 day customer guarantee.

She never told me there was a 7 day gurantee on the haircut nor did she tell me she couldnt do a triple zero fade. I told her what kind of haircut I wanted and she proceeded to cut my hair like she knew what she was doing. Not once did she tell me she didnt have the correct clippers. In my mind she misrepresented herself when she took on my haircut. Like I said all I would like is my money back.

Second, why would I tell you what our customer guarantee is when you left [redacted] and left me a $10.00 tip?
