My name is [redacted] and I am the Assistant Property Manager and Bookkeeper for Knollwood ApartmentsOur company policy in regards to rent is when a resident is late on rent there is late fee assessed on the 6th of each month and if we still do not have rent by the 15th of the month, then all files are sent to our legal for processing of rent/possession on the 16thFor this particular resident, in the month of September 2016, she was late on her rent and all fees were applied as would any other residentThe file was sent to our legal department on the 16th of September and she paid the balance off in full on October 7, and at the point her case was dismissedThis was explained to her in detail and she understood at that timeI have checked on the case in question (looking in casenet# [redacted] ) and it has been updated as a dismissal as I fully explained to herWhen a file is sent to legal for nonpayment of rent "Yes" the information is going to show on the credit and when it's paid prior to the court date it's dismissed or after the court it shows as a satisfactionThere is nothing more that we can do to rectify this situationI have attached a copy of casenet to show that her credit should reflect the dismissal as wellAny further questions or concerns can be directly to me since I handle all rent and collections with Knollwood Apartments.Thanks

This situation has been taken care of with the appropriate credit agencies

The resident, ***, came in and we went through her ledger from the time she moved in to currentAll details were explained thoroughly to the residentWe did switch water, sewer, and trash companies from NWP to AUM in July, this was the reason for the delayed bill in July Residents should receive their August bill on time.While reviewing the ledger with the resident we noticed that she was getting charged late fees on small balances, so we did credit some of that back to herThe amount owed is correct

We forwarded the complaint to upper management. We were authorized to credit back to Ms*** the amount of $on her account and she is now only responsible for the remaining balance. I will be in contact with her to explain this and make arrangements to pay the remaining
balance on her account with us. Thank you

We are very sorry to hear of the miscommunication that seemed to happen with this applicantThe attached bank statement was provided, but we were unable to verify this bank statement in fact belonged to the applicantThis did cause a delay in processing We tried to offer a refund during the
last phone conversation with *** but the call was disconnectedThe Manager did call and leave her a message but we did not hear backWe are in need of a forwarding address to send the refund toIf an address can be provided, we will process the refund as soon as possible Please feel free to contact us with any questions

Knollwood has made several attempts to contact resident. Every maintenance request on file has been completed. I am waiting for resident to communicate with the office on what needs to be completed.  Tell us why here...

We did have a management change on June 1, so all of the email addresses and the website have changed. I do see one work request on her file and it was assigned by one of my technician, but it has not  been closed so I will most definitely reach out to my technician and I will reach out to Ms....
