delay in issuing a check due to a miscommunication on our end. A refund check was cut yesterday,August 3, 2016, to be sent to [redacted].  We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication on our part, especially that it has held up a refund for our customer. I have spoken to [redacted] to, foremost, apologize for our error and to let him know he should expect a refund payment expedited to him.We, as a company, are always trying to maintain positive relationships between ourselves and our community. Part of that includes insuring that concerns and complaints are dealt with swiftly and intotality. I am sorry this was not the case In this situation, even though our Intentions are for this to always be the case.We genuinely appreciate [redacted] loyalty to our community. I am sorry that we did not meet his needs in a more timely fashion.
