Knot Just Decks

Very shoddy workmanship and the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced.
Do not use!
I had all new gutters installed by Knot Just Decks. It didn't take long to realize that nearly half of them were installed draining incorrectly! In addition, there were two leaks. I made many attempts to get them to correct the mistakes by contacting the sales rep., the project manager, and the owner. After 6 months, I finally had to hire a new company to reinstall them properly and professionally.

take care of itI also did not know anything about the other "bad" deck boardsWe did install a pressure treated deck, and the boards come to us wetWhen they dry out, sometimes they can get small cracks or splits in them which is out of our controlWe do warranty our craftsmanship but cannot warranty pressure treated decking as like I said before does have the tendency to get small splits, cracks or warpingWhen pressure treated lumber does this, it is purely cosmetic and in no way effects the rigidity of the materialWe do use all premium grade decking which does minimize this but does not eliminate itPlease contact our office and I will get the railing issue resolved as well as replace a few other boards that have split for your troublesThank you!

There are boards that need to be replaced and alot of screws that need replaced, They are broken off and not holding the deck together correctlyAlso the board you already replaced needs the whole length replacedSanding while raining and all the boards bad nowI understand about the boards and being wet and such but one of your workers had told me that this was one of the worse batches of wood they had seen and was told they have to useHow is that fair? The boards that need replaced are not just cracks due to settlingThey are bad boards all togetherOne of the top railings even is lifted up and some of the boards were cut at wrong anglesI just want it fixedSomeone did call today but once again would not say when anyone would be out to fix itSo I feel it is not going to be resolvedI need some help with this issueI will accept them coming out and fixing the issue

We have not heard nothing from the company as to any of thisIf this is true than we would like to know a schedule as we have things going on toThere are several boards and lots of nails that need replacedWe have heard the same story ever since the beginning of the projectIf they do what needs to be done then that would be great
