I called and spoke to *** and apologized for the noise she heard.I mentioned to her that we didn't have any other calls or concerns from guest of a fire alarm going off during the whole time she was here. MOD did say it went off for possibly 15min max. Battery was
changed out.Our banquet events only go till midnight. Also we didn't have any other calls of noise coming from the event on the 9th floor. Offered *** a comp upgrade to a snoopy room for a future stay. She's not sure when she would be back.Notes have been put on guest profile

I have spoken to *** and she will be taking me up on my offer of upgrading to a Snoopy room for two nights at the military rate in November
