Knott's Soak City U.S.A

During the summer of 2012, I bought a 2013 season pass for Knott's Soak City, San Diego. The price was about $70, and I bought one for me and one for my friend. This summer, Sea World bought Soak City's park, and now I cannot use the 2013 season pass because it belongs to Soak City. After the new park opened in June, I was calling and still calling to talk to a supervisor to refund my money, but I have not received any phone calls from them. What happen when I call them is I would explain to them my concern and they would say that now we have your information and a supervisor would call you soon. This word is being carried over for a month and half! Me and my friend want or money back and we should get it back as soon as possible because it is ours. Soak City should have already thinking about that issue and refund the money that they collected from customers who bought the 2013 season pass!
