Review: I originally purchased this camera months ago. I purchased it for 338.00 was told 3 days shipping. A week and a half later called looking for the camera. Received a return call stating the camera was return by ups damaged I could select another camera. So I went on the site selected the next closest item. I received the camera in the mail another week later. I called to set it up left a message, no return call. made several calls without return. The camera came with the wrong install disk so I was never able to install it and no one ever returned my calls for setup. I then noticed a charge on my credit card for an additional 130.00. When I talked to the owner of the company [redacted], he told me that was the cost difference in the camera I selected the first time with the one I selected second. I thought as a good will gesture I was picking out a comparable model for the same price. I told him I never authorized this charge so he agreed to give me a 50.00 adjustment and promised someone would call me to help me set up the camera. No one ever did, nor did my 50.00 credit ever come. A month in half later I disputed the 130.00 charge with my credit card company since I never authorized it. They refunded me the money after I proved all information that I was not supposed to be charged. When he realized I received the credit he left me a voicemail saying if I wanted to return the camera I should since I got my credit. Mind you they have a no return policy just an exchange policy of 30 days, which has long passed. I contacted him several times by phone with no luck. I then wrote him an email stating I would like to return the camera since I am still out 338.00 for a new camera that was never used. Explaining why I even wanted to return the camera-that no one has still helped me set it up. He responded that he doesnt want a used camera back. So here I sit 338.00 short with a camera I cannot set up and a business owner who wont work with meDesired Settlement: I would like to return the camera for the full amount of 338.00 as I will have already accured interest charges from my credit card company. I dont think I should have to pay anything further. I also dont think I should be responsible for the return shipping as I never wanted to return the camera in the first place. However now we have purchased a new camera that is all setup and no longer have a need for this one. I also went online to leave a review. Its funny how you can read all these amazing reviews but you cant leave one. This is a shady company at best and I want my money back!
