Knowledge Solutions International is a den of thieves. Trainers beware, please be very careful about training for Knowledge Solutions International. I did Excel trainings for Mrs Jillian Drainville Bryant. When it was time for payment she stopped responding to my phone calls, email and text messages.
Please don't allow yourself to be cheated and work with this terrible company that lacks integrity and honesty.
KSI stole thousands of dollars from me, too. I see Jillian Drainville is now on LinkedIn saying she works for the American Red Cross in Massachusetts. I don't know if that's true or another scam; I wouldn't take her word for anything if her tongue came notarized. I hope for the Red Cross's sake she's not really working for them. I hope nobody makes any "donations" through her...I believe it's possible that money would never reach its destination. Amazingly, she includes KSI in her LinkedIn profile. Maybe it speaks to a lack of conscience that she admits to being part of an operation that apparently stole thousands from many people. Add Justin Halladay and Tim Bryant of KSI to the list of people I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them.

Review: I received inadequate interaction, with regard to an 'Online, Distance Learning, In the Cloud' based Training. The result is a [redacted] indebtedness, and an incomplete and/or insufficient familiarity with the course and/or it's materials. In a protracted, untimely, connectivity fraught course.Desired Settlement: There are multiple entities involved in my issue. The Dept of Labor [On-Ramp / NJ Training / Veterans Group Assist] Georgian Court, thru which KSI was otherwise represented.
Mostly., I'd like to leave this in a past tense, sorry for the issues event., as there is little hope of any positive outcome that I can see. ie., I wouldn't misrepresent myself as 'Capable' in so far as employment by the use of same.
Comparative to Educational successes I have already achieved., I'd rather not be asked to rate this. It just isn't worth the price tag, with regard to the resulting outcome, in so far as my experience was with it.
