is when you see theres a problem you pick them phone up and call me then we can put our heads together to figure out a solution for the problem. But it is always blame the plumber and then when we dont just pay the bills than we are the bad guys and get a bad review. We are an upstanding company,we have been in business for years and we take excellent care of our customers and when we walk away from a job we make sure everything is working properly.

It's not like our toilet was gushing water all this time, it was slowing leaking into the sub floor and rotting it's way up. Of course if we'd have noticed it years ago we would have said something sooner. I don't know anything about plumbing, just that the new contractor said that the work done by Arnie's wouldn't have leaked if done properly.
And I sent an polite and informative letter, I didn't just demand money without explanation or cause. Arnie's never replied properly but only left a message on voicemail and when I called back they simply stated "We only guarantee our work for one year". No sympathy, no "figuring out a solution" as stated above. I was hoping they'd at least work with me a little considering the situation, perhaps show a little compassion.

We are very sorry that this has happened but we can not warranty this, we installed this toilet 3 years ago. we dont know if someone else removed and reset the toilet, that is like going and buying a car and then 3 years later the transmission goes out....Do you think the car lot should be responsibe for the transmission NO they shouldnt. Look we quarantee all of our work for 1 Year, and yes we do have compassion for all of our customers, I personally left a message for you the same day I recieved your letter so please do not say we do not have compassion because we do for all of our customers. This decision would be the same for you and for any other customer of ours if it was 3 years ago. I am sorry we can not help you.
